Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For fully custom designs (new shape, fabric, features), MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design. For customization of our existing TinyPaws products (add your logo, change colors/packaging), we can go as low as 500 pieces. For sourced plastic items, MOQ varies – contact us for details.
Q: Can I order a sample before mass production?
A: Yes, samples are available. A sample fee applies, which is refundable upon bulk order.
Q: Do you provide packaging customization?
A: Yes. We can customize poly bags, hang tags, labels, and retail boxes with your branding.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping time depends on your location and chosen method. We work with reliable freight forwarders to offer sea and air shipping options.
